Coordination of a digital learning platfom procurement project for Quality Program Sports Clubs in Finland. Testing e-learning platforms (Skillzzup, Skilli, Qridi, Pulssi, Itslearning, Fronter, Valamis, Wilma, Google Classroom, Google teams, Claned, Livingskills, Nooa) and webinar platforms (Adobe, Zoom, GotoWebinar). Implementation of open communication methods by using Scrum and Slack. Visualising Quality management – program processes and developing a visual model for the program.
The project was done as a part of the Aalto University F.E.C.-labour training programme. The program consist of 95 days of work and 25 days of studies (project management, change leading, IoT, Big Data handling, ICT-development, Lean-processes). The training programme is during the period of 1.6.2017 – 23.11.2017.

08/2015-12/2016 Pedagogical ICT-Change Consultant, City of Espoo
Keto-project (Developing the learning and working culture in Espoo elementary and pre-schools) was a 1,5 year long new Curricula 2016 implementation-project. The project launched an open cloud based digital learning, teaching and working platforms (0365 and Gsuites) for 78 elementary shools, over 3000 teachers and 27 000 pupils.
My work demanded
– coordination and assisting digital change leading for the 24 principals and 100 executive board teachers in Central and Northern Espoo elementary schools (24 schools, 1500 teachers, 6500 pupils).
– intense cooperation with 8 project team members, area manager, 24 principals, 48 Coordinator teachers and other area’s principals and Coordinator teachers.
– developing the ICT-culture with the pedagogical ICT-department of Espoo Education organisation (O365, Google Apps for Education – GSuites and Fronter)
– organising training courses for teachers, pupils and principals
– financial responsibility of own regions project costs
– daily internal communications and weekly external communications

01/2013-12/2015 Project Lead + Physical Activity Club Leader, Active Espoo Club
January 2013 I established an association called Active Espoo – Aktiivinen Espoo ry (AKE) with two friends of mine. The associations goal was to offer cheap child-centered afternoon sports clubs (MOI-clubs) for kids aged 6-12- years in South-West Espoo area. I applied project funding from the Ministry of Education and Culture and got 20 000 euros to organise MOI-clubs during the terms 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.
The clubs were organised in the gym of Mårtensbro skola and therefore given with the language bath principle (Swedish and Finnish). Clubs were held between 14:00-17:00 in each week day. During one week there was 100 kids moving in the clubs. The clubs were held in co-operation with the local sports club instructors and AKE’s own instructors.
Running the association was my hobby but also a part-time job, because my main job was working as a PE teacher at Maininki School.
In the AKE association I worked as a Project Lead and a Club instructor. I was also the Chairman of the association.
